3. Subscriptions and Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel anytime through the Manage Subscription page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time subscriptions.

4. No Guarantees

Past performance of any bot does not guarantee future results. Betting involves risk and you may lose money. ClankerBets makes no claims about future profitability.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction) to use this Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, data, and software on ClankerBets is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

ClankerBets is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from your use of the Service or your betting decisions.
